Copywriting

These terms of sale are combined with the General Conditions of Sale, which can be consulted on the website and on the purchase page.

1. The subject of the present agreement (hereinafter the "Contract") is the writing of an SEO optimized article that can be a standard article, SEO Copywriting, or SEO Ghostwriting (without attribution of the author) (hereinafter the "Performance") between the User (hereinafter the "Client") and Parole in Linea di Cristina Mantione (hereinafter the "Supplier") that will be forwarded by e-mail according to the established deadline.

2. For general articles, the Customer will provide the topic (food, fashion, travel…) in the purchase process or via e-mail to [email protected] within 48h from the payment.

3. Parole in Linea, the Supplier, doesn't write articles on illegal, pornographic, or sexual topics or content that violate human rights or promotes the purchase of illicit substances and merchandise.

4. For a single purchase, the article will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of payment credit and communication of the topic, title, and keyword (maximum 5).

5. For multiple purchases, the Supplier and the Client will agree on the delivery of the articles via e-mail. If you need a special agreement (huge amount of products, long-term collaboration), please contact [email protected] to make agreements that will be valid within the next 48 hours.

6. It is the Client's responsibility to provide the Supplier with the title of the article and the keywords for SEO optimization.

7. For ongoing collaborations with a monthly amount of articles, please contact Parole in Linea at [email protected]

8. For articles in English, the Client can choose between British English (UK) or American English (US).

9. Articles are not intended to be lectures of a course or collated into complex texts such as novels, essays, or anthologies, but to be used exclusively as articles, either in print or digital form.

10. The coupon code for the test article can be used once only to write an overall article of your choice among the topics covered.

10a. The bundle coupon code applies to bundles of products equal to or greater than 10 (ten).

11. The Customer indemnifies the Supplier (Parole in Linea) from any fraudulent use of the delivered products and agrees to take responsibility for any damages, court proceedings, and expenses related to illicit use.

12. For any dispute arising from the execution, interpretation, and termination of this Contract, not otherwise reconcilable, the parties recognize from now on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, or of the Justice of the Peace or the Court of Rome, even in the event of connection and continence of cases.

13. Payment for the article is in full settlement of the work. No royalties will follow either for texts with author attribution or for those without author attribution. The Supplier assigns the copyrights related to the activity of publication, distribution, and advertising in all forms and means (traditional and digital).

14. With the payment, the Customer authorizes the Supplier with explicit consent to the processing and storage of sensitive data pursuant to European Regulation GDPR n.2016/679 for the purposes related to the performance of the requested activity and communications relating to the tax obligations provided for by current legislation and the issuance of the invoice that will follow the confirmation of the credit on the current account. The Supplier reserves the right to request further data for the purpose of issuing the electronic invoice or receipt of payment to comply with the obligations established by the Italian tax law.

15. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles. 1341 and 1342 c.c. proceeding with the payment of the proforma attached to this Contract, the parties declare themselves informed of each of its parts, aware of their rights, accept and sign the following points: 4, 8, 9, 11, 12.
