Transcription

1. The subject of this agreement (hereinafter the "Contract") is the transcription service (hereinafter the "Performance") between the buyer (hereinafter the "Customer" and Parole in Linea di Cristina Mantione (hereinafter the "Supplier") through the textual transposition of an audio or audio file present in a video.
2. The material to be sent during the purchase phase consists of the audio or video file containing the audio to be transcribed or links with the audio track or video file;
3. The text will be transcribed and delivered on a Word and / or PDF file (if requested by the Customer);
4. The transcription file will be delivered within the time chosen during the purchase. For very long lines it is strongly recommended to contact the supplier at [email protected] to make sure that the delivery date is actually possible.
5. The purchase of a quantity equal to 1 (one) of any type of transcription corresponds to the purchase of the transcription of one minute of audio/ video.
6. The length of the audio or video track is the total length of the file or audio/video in the link sent. Pauses within audio and video will not be subtracted from the count. Please send clean and final files.
7. The quality of the audio in the track or video must be reasonably good, i.e. be free of background noise, rustling, wind or speech and at a volume high enough to be listened to effortlessly. Otherwise in the incomprehensible parts it will be indicated in the transcription [Audio non comprensibile] and will still be counted in the total length of the audio / video.
8. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is required to send in writing to [email protected] the audio track and the final file received from words in line with the highlighting of the disputed party and the reason for the dispute.
Parole in line reserves the right to revise the part, or to reply on the operational choices.
10. For any dispute arising from the execution, interpretation and termination of this Contract, not otherwise reconcilable, the parties recognize from now on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, or of the Justice of the Peace or the Court of Rome, even in the event of connection and continence of cases.
11. With the payment, the Customer authorizes the Supplier with explicit consent to the processing and storage of sensitive data pursuant to European Regulation GDPR n.2016/679 for the purposes related to the performance of the requested activity and communications relating to the tax obligations provided for by current legislation and the issuance of the invoice that will follow the confirmation of the credit on the current account. The Supplier reserves the right to request further data for the purpose of issuing the electronic invoice or receipt of payment to comply with the obligations established by tax legislation.
12. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles. 1341 and 1342 c.c. proceeding with the payment of the proforma attached to this Contract, the parties declare themselves informed of each of its parts, aware of their rights, accept and sign the following points: 4, 7, 8, 9, 10.
